Literacy
Early Literacy is about everyday experiences such as mark making, singing, talking and playing games. Learning about sounds, words and language is an essential skill for every child to master at a young age.
Learning to recognise the alphabet and understand that common print (reading) goes from left to right are vital foundations on which to build a successful education, building confidence and resilience from an early age.
Numeracy
Early Years Numeracy is the ability to apply maths concepts in all areas of a child's' life. Understanding numbers ,counting, problem solving, sorting, adding, subtracting and patterns are all essential skills to begin a child's mathematical journey.
Learning to recognise numbers and have the ability to write them correctly are a good foundation on which to build greater knowledge of mathematical concepts, and build a greater confidence ready for a more formal learning style at school.
SATS Boosters KS1/KS2
SATS booster tuition is available for both KS1 (Year 2) and KS2 (Year 6) in both Literacy and Numeracy. Offering individual or small group focused sessions, where misconceptions can be eliminated and confidence grown, during a time in their lives when children find it most stressful.

GCSE Maths
GCSE Maths booster tuition is available on request for a range of exam boards including AQA, Edexcel and OCR. Helping students to build confidence, understand individual exam requirements while developing strong study skills and enabling students to be well prepared for their upcoming exams.
